BIBM welcomes SW Umwelttechnik companies from Hungary and Romania as new members

05. Mai 2026

SW Umwelttechnik Stoiser & Wolschner AG is an Austrian-based company specialising in precast concrete products and environmental technologies. Its portfolio includes infrastructure solutions for transport, water and wastewater management, separation and filtration systems, as well as retaining structures and tank systems. With production sites across Austria, Hungary and Romania, the company has established a strong presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
As no national associations from Hungary and Romania are currently members of BIBM, the direct membership of these companies represents an important first step towards strengthening the representation of the precast concrete sector in these countries and further integrating them into BIBM’s European network.
BIBM particularly acknowledges the commitment of Klaus Einfalt, CEO and Member of the Management Board of SW Umwelttechnik Stoiser & Wolschner AG, for his role in advancing this initiative and contributing to a broader and more inclusive representation of the sector at European level.
“We are pleased to join BIBM as a strong network for the precast concrete industry. This step allows us to actively contribute our experience, gain new insights, strengthen collaboration, and further drive innovation and sustainable infrastructure development,” said Klaus Einfalt.
Commenting on the new memberships, BIBM Secretary General Alessio Rimoldi stated: “Welcoming SW Umwelttechnik companies into BIBM marks an important step in strengthening the voice of the precast concrete sector across Europe. Expanding our network in Central and Eastern Europe is essential to ensure a truly representative and forward-looking industry dialogue at EU level.”
With this enlargement, BIBM continues to reinforce its role as the European platform for the precast concrete industry, supporting innovation, sustainability and the development of a resilient built environment.
